Dave is a member of the firm. Over the past twenty years, Dave has focused his practice on the acquisition, sales, financing and leasing of both general and commercial aviation aircraft. During that time Dave has also successfully represented clients in general corporate matters including stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, mergers and secured and unsecured financings.
