Jeff joined Kulowiec & Jorquera, LLP in 2009 and is now a member of the firm. Jeff’s practice is focused on aircraft finance and leasing, aircraft and aircraft engine sales and acquisitions, long term charter and wet lease transactions, and state liens and taxes as they apply to aircraft. Prior to joining Kulowiec & Jorquera, Jeff was an associate at a Chicago law firm where he gained experience in commercial litigation and telecommunications transactions.
